BDW International School is looking for Pre-Primary Coordinator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journeyOversee and manage the academic and administrative operations of the pre-primary section, ensuring a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula, lesson plans, and teaching strategies aligned with early childhood education standards.Support and mentor pre-primary teachers by conducting training sessions, classroom observations, and performance reviews.Coordinate with parents through meetings, feedback sessions, and regular communication to address concerns and ensure developmental progress.Monitor student development and ensure the use of inclusive, child-centered teaching practices that foster emotional, social, and cognitive growth.Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, events, and celebrations to enhance student participation and creativity.
