PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Sales job involves promoting and selling pre-engineered building solutions by generating leads, building strong client and consultant relationships, managing the entire sales cycle from proposal to contract, and achieving sales targets in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Key responsibilities include market research, competitor analysis, creating technical and commercial proposals, and collaborating with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate project solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Actively find and develop new markets and prospects for PEB projects. Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and end-clients. Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the complete sales process, from initial contact to negotiation and contract closure. Proposal & Technical Support: Understand client needs, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and provide technical expertise. Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and inform sales strategies. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports, track performance, and contribute to sales forecasting. Project Coordination: Work with engineering and project teams to ensure solution feasibility and accuracy. Required Skills & QualificationsSales & Business Development: Proven experience in B2B or project sales, with a strong ability to generate leads and close deals. Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Pre-Engineered Building industry, steel structures, and construction projects. Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and engineering concepts. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for interacting with clients and teams. Education: A degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is often preferred. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant sales and project management tools is beneficial.
