About The Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive

PR & Social Media Executive

to manage our brand presence across digital platforms and support public relations activities. The ideal candidate will help build brand visibility, engage audiences, and maintain a positive public image through strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations (PR)

Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility
Draft press releases, media pitches, and corporate communications
Coordinate with media agencies, journalists, and influencers
Monitor media coverage and prepare PR reports
Support event planning, launches, and brand activations

Social Media Management

Manage day-to-day posting across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.)
Create engaging captions, reels ideas, stories, and content calendars
Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and videos
Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement
Track performance metrics and share monthly insights

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or related field
1–3 years of experience in PR, social media, or digital marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and media relations
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, or similar

Good to Have

Experience in agency or media environment
Exposure to influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
Basic analytics and reporting skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
