About The Role
Skill required: Contractor Exchange - Workforce Management (WFM)
Designation: PPSM Associate
Qualifications:Any Graduation
Years of Experience:1 to 3 years
What would you do? Talent Sourcing:Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.Screening and Interviewing:Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Organize and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually.Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions that reflect the needs of the organization.Candidate Assessment:Utilize assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates objectively, ensuring alignment with the companys needs.Negotiation and Onboarding:Assist in negotiating salary and benefits, and guide candidates through the hiring process, including onboarding procedures.Metrics Tracking:Keep track of recruitment metricsEducation:A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Experience:Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong decision-making abilities, and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
