Job Title: Performance Marketing Expert (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Expert with hands-on experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Display Ads, Discovery Ads, and Remarketing Campaigns. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the real estate sector or worked with a digital marketing agency, delivering measurable ROI-driven campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Manage campaigns for Display Ads, Discovery Ads, and Remarketing to maximize conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns regularly to achieve lead generation targets & ROI goals.
• Create performance reports, analyze data, and provide insights for campaign improvement.
• Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop effective ad creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
• Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency.
• Monitor conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Strong knowledge of Display Ads, Discovery Ads, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Proven track record in running lead generation campaigns for real estate or agency clients.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and ROI.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
