Adapt designs to correct ad formats (1080x1920, 1080x1080, 1080x1350, etc.). Do video editing and resizing (text overlays, trimming, platform-ready edits). Research competitor ads and create fresh, innovative ideas that perform better. Work with client-provided sheets (offers, logos, images) and deliver creatives in an organized way. Handle both premium international clients and local SMEs, following strict brand guidelines where needed. Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Canva AI to speed up creative thinking and improve quality. Deliver work on time with good quality, ready for ad campaigns. Skills Required Strong knowledge of Photoshop or Canva (must have). Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar). Experience creating ad creatives for Meta & Google Ads . Ability to research competitors and suggest fresh ideas. Good sense of layout, typography, and ad performance design. Fast, organized, and open to feedback. Work Style Remote full-time role (8 hours per day). Work monitored with professional activity tracking tools. Own laptop/system required. No paid leaves in the first 3 months. The PPC Specialist will manage ad accounts, build and optimize campaigns, analyze performance data, and develop strategies to improve key metrics. Day-to-day tasks include researching keywords, configuring tracking, writing ad copy, setting up targeting parameters, and reporting on campaign performance.
