Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), specifically within the education industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in generating quality leads, optimizing campaigns, and improving ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads campaigns
• Manage lead generation campaigns for educational courses, institutes, or training programs
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and creatives
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
• Improve CPL (Cost per Lead) and overall ROI
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences
• Coordinate with the content/design team for ad creatives
• Track conversions using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Tag Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of proven experience as a PPC Specialist
• Mandatory experience in Education Industry campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager & Analytics
• Experience with lead-focused performance marketing
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of landing page optimization is a plus
