PPC Manager (Google Ads Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize

  Google Ads campaigns

  (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
• Conduct

  keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting

  to maximize campaign performance.
• Monitor daily performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for

  ROAS and conversions

  .
• Implement

  A/B testing

  on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Manage and optimize

  product listing ads (PLA)

  and shopping campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative/content team to align ad messaging with brand tone.
• Prepare

  weekly/monthly reports

  highlighting performance insights and growth strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest PPC trends, Google Ads policies, and digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven experience

  in managing

  Google Ads campaigns

  (Search, Shopping, Display, Video).
• Hands-on experience in

  e-commerce (fashion/apparel preferred)

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking

  .
• Proficiency in

  keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management tools

  .
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience in the

  US/International marketplace

  will be an added advantage.
