PPC Manager

Position Title: PPC (Production Planning & Control) Manager

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Qualification: Any Degree (Engineering or related discipline preferred)

Location: Sankagiri- Salem

Salary: As per Industry norms

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor production plans in alignment with demand forecasts and resource availability.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales and Production teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Optimize material planning, scheduling, and inventory control to achieve efficiency and reduce lead time.
• Review and analyse production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Monitor progress against plans and take corrective actions when required.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in ERP / SAP systems.
• Drive strategic planning initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the PPC team for high performance.
• Support management in achieving delivery commitments and customer satisfaction goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of product and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities across departments.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Team player with strong leadership and interpersonal qualities.
• Strategic mind-set with focus on continuous improvement.
