Job Description

Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan and control production schedules to meet delivery timelines and customer commitments.
Coordinate with production, quality, store, and sales teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor daily production output, WIP, and capacity utilization.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials and resources for production.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Maintain inventory planning for raw material and finished goods.
Support management with production forecasts and planning strategies.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations, Production, or related field.
5+ years of experience in PPC within a manufacturing environment (gemstone/jewellery preferred).
Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
