Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a data-driven and creative Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in media buying, campaign optimization, and performance analysis, driving ROI-positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) . Conduct audience and keyword research to maximize campaign effectiveness. Monitor and analyze ad performance daily; optimize for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions. A/B test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance. Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad assets. Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights. Stay updated on the latest ad trends, tools, and platform changes. Requirements: 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads . Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio , and Facebook Pixel . Ability to write compelling ad copy and guide creative production. Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate strategies. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
