Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Solution / Functional Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Business Central, strong business acumen, and proven experience architecting scalable solutions in a variety of industries and multiple projects Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design integrations between Business Central and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, e-commerce, payroll). Develop data migration and deployment strategies. Provide guidance to developers and consultants during implementation. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, configuration, testing, and security. Conduct architectural reviews and quality assurance checkpoints. Lead solution demos, proof-of-concepts, and presentations to clients and stakeholders. Stay current with Microsoft releases and product updates, ensuring optimal use of platform capabilities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Min 3 till 5+ years of experience in ERP solution architecture with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV). Proven track record of leading successful Business Central implementations. Deep understanding of Business Central modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.). Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is a strong plus. Strong understanding of AL programming, extensions, and integration patterns (API, OData, etc.). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent certifications. Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments. Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
