Position Overview

We are hiring a PPC Campaign Manager to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Amazon.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for driving measurable results for clients across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Amazon.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet client KPIs and maximize ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization.
• Implement A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion performance.
• Manage analytics and tracking setup using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Generate regular performance reports including key metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing and design teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest PPC tools, trends, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
