Department is responsible for global end-to-end operations of Allianz Workplace services including Allianz Virtual Client, End Devices (Notebooks, Thin Clients, Mobile Phones), File Services, Print Service, Mailing, Intranet and Service Desk.
WPS Global Email Service
offers users all the features of a state-of-the art personal information management system. This includes standard email, contacts, calendar and task management. Senior Automation Engineer - Global Mail
.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MS Graph API PowerShell scripts for automation, configuration, and system management.
- Integrate PowerShell scripts with SNOW to automate service request fulfilment.
- Implement best practices for Git and GitHub repository management, including branching, pull requests, and version control.
- Drive automation initiatives for Global Mail - Identify and develop automation solutions that will streamline processes, reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
- Design, develop and manage azure cloud infrastructure that can host various automation projects.
- Coordinate and work closely with other Automation & Analytics squads to co-develop / enhance use cases
- Create comprehensive documentation of all developmental activities in Confluence
- Give trainings to squad members on Azure Infrastructure mgmt., Intune and other tools used in development & maintaining Application workflow

Qualification & Experience
Combined minimum overall work experience of 10 years with relevant experience of 5 years in AutomationBackground: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge on Azure, GraphAPI, and EntraID components
- Experience working Automation tools like PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI,
- Strong PowerShell, Python scripting knowledge
- Good knowledge on Exchange On-prem and Online servers and M365
- Experience working with Service Now
- Able to understand complex requirements & break it down into prioritized Sprint items for iterative delivery
- Maintenance/development of working procedures and cross training of team members to build team's skill sets.
- Experience and ability to work with virtual delivery teams in various locations and time-zones, and distributed stakeholders.
- Strong Agile mindset
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation skills.
- Strong leadership skills, time management, decision making, independence and disciplin
- Basic understanding -(Generative) Artificial Intelligence or GenAI or AI
