This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 800000 (ie INR 4-8 LPA) Min Experience: 4 years Location: Delhi, NCR JobType: full-time As a PowerApps Developer , you will lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of solutions that drive real value for the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, applying technical expertise and modern development practices to deliver impactful results. Requirements Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and define implementation strategies. Design, build, test, deploy, and support PowerApps and related applications. Review team deliverables, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Actively contribute to the technology roadmap for your application area. Promote knowledge sharing, learning, and development within the team. Lead line management activities, including coaching, performance management, and resource planning. Technical Skills & Experience 4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Power Platform technologies. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly: Expertise in Power Automate and Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven). Strong knowledge of Dataverse and experience building custom connectors, APIs, plugins, and PCF (PowerApps Component Framework). Familiarity with Azure technologies including Azure Event Grid, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred. Exposure to Power BI, Co-pilot (Agents), and SharePoint technologies (SPFx, SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premise). Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, React, and scripting/automation with PowerShell and PnP Remote Provisioning. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
