Job Description About Role: We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Data Visualization expert with 2-3 years of experience who will be responsible for end to end BI & Visualization solutions development and project delivery across multiple clients. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Data Engineering teams to ensure data architecture (star schema, data flows, etc.) supports front-end requirements. Advocate for and communicate specific Power BI backend needs (AAS, Dataflows, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient development. Client Communication & Stakeholder Management Facilitate clear communication with clients regarding project updates, deliverables, and feedback cycles. Produce comprehensive documentation of progress, requirements, and results. Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement Introduce and maintain best practices for Power BI performance tuning, security, and governance. Stay updated on new features and enhancements within the Power BI ecosystem and integrate them into solutions. Requirements Power BI Expertise Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Power BI, including design, development, and deployment of complex dashboards. Expert in publishing reports to app.powerbi.com, configuring connections, and scheduling data refresh. Data Modeling & DAX Strong understanding of star schema, data warehousing principles, and relational databases.
