Job Description

Reporting Analyst with 3–5 years of experience, responsible for designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon QuickSight and other visualization tools, and a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting best practices.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight and other BI tools
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Automate reporting processes and maintain scheduled report delivery
- Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data availability and quality
- Support ad-hoc reporting needs and data requests from various teams
- Document reporting processes and maintain report inventory
- Stay updated with the latest BI and data visualization trends and tools

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence
- Proficiency in Amazon QuickSight and other BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty) is a plus
