We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Safety to join our team in DI. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in safety management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective safety protocols to ensure regulatory compliance.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and health.

Investigate incidents and accidents, providing recommendations for improvement.

Maintain accurate records of safety performance metrics and trends.

Ensure all safety procedures are up-to-date and accessible to employees.

Job Requirements

Diploma or B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or ADIS.

Proven experience in safety management with a strong understanding of industry regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and health.

Familiarity with safety management software and systems, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
