We are looking for a highly experienced Safety Engineer with a strong background in EHS to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in the field, preferably in marine construction projects such as jetty, wharf, and berth.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective safety management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement safe working practices.

Provide training and guidance on safety procedures to employees.

Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

Ensure all safety procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline with relevant EHS diploma certificates.

Proven experience in project management control, particularly in marine construction projects.

Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, including industry standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
