Podcast Manager (1-3 Years)

Key Responsibilities
Podcast Hosting & Production � Host and moderate podcast episodes featuring internal leaders, industry experts, and guests. � Research, script, and structure episodes to ensure compelling storytelling and audience engagement. � Oversee or coordinate recording, editing, and post-production with internal/external teams. � Develop thematic content calendars and integrate podcasts into the broader content strategy. Social Media Content Creation � Create short-form video, audio snippets, reels, and social posts to amplify podcast episodes. � Conceptualize and produce engaging multimedia content aligned with the brand tone and campaigns. � Manage and grow presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Spotify. � Collaborate with design and communications teams to ensure consistent visual and narrative style. Strategy & Analytics � Track performance metrics (views, listens, engagement) and refine content based on audience insights. � Experiment with trending formats and technologies to boost reach and relevance. � Identify potential collaborations, sponsorships, or guest opportunities to expand reach. Profit Centre Management � Entrepreneurial mindset for managing the studio as an independent profit centre. � Enterprenurial spirit and insight to run the Studio and YouTube Channel commercially � Project planning for monetization of the social media/YouTube Channel and the studio �Content spread planning for monetizing and running YouTube channel and studio profitably Qualifications & Skills � Bachelor��s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media, or related field. � 3��6 years of experience in hosting, content production, or digital storytelling. � Excellent command of spoken and written English; Hindi or regional language proficiency is a plus. � On-camera and voice presentation skills with the ability to adapt tone and style. � Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior. � Basic knowledge of audio/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, Descript, Canva). � Creative thinker with a keen sense of narrative, pacing, and audience connection. Preferred Traits � Confident, personable, and naturally curious host persona. � Strong research and interviewing abilities. � Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable managing end-to-end creative cycles. � Passion for aviation, travel, or technology storytelling (if relevant to your brand).
