PMT Trainer

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable PMT Trainer with hands-on experience in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and molecule market analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering product training, analyzing market trends, and supporting the Product Management Team in planning and implementing marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:Design and conduct training programs for field force (MRs, ASMs, ZSMs) on company products, therapeutic segments, and competitor molecules. Provide scientific and technical training on APIs, formulations, and new product launches. Conduct molecule-wise market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and data interpretation to support marketing decisions. Collaborate with Product Managers and Marketing teams to create visual aids, LBLs, product manuals, and training materials. Keep the sales and marketing teams updated on the latest developments in therapeutic areas and regulatory updates. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, field feedback, and performance tracking. Participate in product strategy meetings to align training content with business objectives. Coordinate with Medical Affairs / R&D for technical validation of training content. Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field) Experience: Minimum 3 years in Product Management, PMT Training, or Pharma Marketing, preferably with exposure to APIs or molecule analysis. Key Competencies: In-depth understanding of pharma products, molecules, and therapeutic classes. Strong presentation and communication skills. Analytical mindset for interpreting market and molecule data. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and training tools.
