PMO

Need someone with strong GRC skills and some M&A PMO experience. We are getting candidates from Big4 who have done some pre-close risk assessments but this role needs post-close experience.

Security Risk Management, Governance And Collaboration

Develop and implement GRC integration plans for acquired entities(M&A), ensuring alignment with Medtronicspolicies, standards, and cultureFacilitate the harmonization of compliance programs, risk management processes, and governance structurespost-mergerSupport the alignment of security initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security awareness and practices.Assist in remediation efforts identified through risk assessments to mitigate cyber threats and vulnerabilities.Contribute to compliance activities with standards such as NIST and ISO 27001.Support audits and assessments to ensure adherence to security frameworks.
