PMO

As a PMO with Jira experience at Nutanix, you will be responsible for managing project portfolio data and reporting within a Project Management Office environment. Your role will involve leveraging advanced knowledge of Jira to track project progress, identify risks, and provide key insights to stakeholders. Strong analytical skills are essential for this position, along with the ability to configure and maintain Jira workflows to optimize project visibility across teams. Your main responsibilities will include tracking and managing JIRA project activities, setting up projects in JIRA by defining project, workflow, issue type, and fields, mass uploading/creating various issue types such as Epics, User stories, and Subtasks. You will be required to resolve queries related to JIRA from all stakeholders involved in the project, manage configurational changes in JIRA as per client requirements, and create and update workflows in JIRA based on project needs. Automation implementation for various tasks & processes in JIRA, creating & managing JIRA Confluence Page, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation for easy stakeholder access are also part of your duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating various dashboards on JIRA to highlight project progress/status, managing user access on JIRA, collaborating with clients & project teams to achieve milestones, and engaging stakeholders effectively to increase service efficiency. Financial management tasks include tracking the days/hours for project resources and billing the client accordingly as per the awarded contract, as well as forecasting the budget for better project status understanding. Resource management duties involve handling the onboarding formalities for resources. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Engineering, at least 5 years of experience in PMO activities, high analytical skills, hands-on experience with Jira, relevant background in software/Hi-Tech companies, excellent communication skills, deep knowledge of Excel and all Office applications, proficiency in MS Power Point, and the ability to work independently, think innovatively, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.,
