Role Overview: As a PMO, your role involves tracking demand, ensuring fulfillment for Accounts and BU, monitoring ramp-ups and ramp-downs, collaborating with SPOC to identify demand in key areas, working with recruitment team for resource pipeline creation, managing bench effectively, collaborating with other functions for training needs and visa facilitation, analyzing data and reporting, contributing to COEs, facilitating rotation of associates across projects/accounts/locations. Key Responsibilities: - Tracking demand and ensuring timely fulfillment for both internal and external requirements - Collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate associate movement within BU/account based on requirements - Proactively identifying demand in key technology and domain areas - Enabling recruitment team to create a resource pipeline for planned ramp-ups - Managing bench effectively to control costs and optimize utilization - Collaborating with other functions for training needs, addressing associate issues, and facilitating visa processes - Analyzing data and reporting on demand status and challenges - Contributing to practice initiatives and providing inputs to Learning & Development - Facilitating rotation of associates across projects, accounts, and locations Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4+ years of IT experience in a staffing role focusing on Data - Excellent analytical skills - Proficiency in MS Office tools such as PPT, Excel, and Word - Passion for working in a fast-growing environment - Strong written and oral communication skills - Good interpersonal and planning abilities - Experience in stakeholder management Please Note: Salary is as per market standard and the role is based in Pan India.,
