Role Overview: As a Customer Project Manager 2, you will manage IT Infra projects, focusing on end-to-end project management of medium & complex projects lasting more than 6 months. You will handle tracks/workstreams/projects independently as part of large programs/portfolios and ensure successful project completion, including resolving escalated project issues. Your responsibilities will include creating project schedules and plans with financial, resource, and material requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 10+ years of project management experience in comparable industries effectively - Independently handle tracks/workstreams/projects as part of large programs/portfolios - Manage projects from start to completion, including resolving escalated project issues - Create project schedules and plans with financial, resource, and material requirements - Use hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint - Be ready to work weekends if required for maintenance/migration activities and handling escalations Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of project management experience in comparable industries - Experience in managing IT Infra projects - Experience in end-to-end project management of medium & complex projects lasting more than 6 months - Ability to handle tracks/workstreams/projects independently in large programs/portfolios - Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint - Willingness to work weekends if required Additional Details: Education & Additional Certifications: - Certifications: PMP Preferred (not mandatory), CSM Preferred (not mandatory) - Education: College/University degree or equivalent Desired Skills (Good to have as value add to this role): - Agile project management - Telecom/Service Provider Infrastructure experience preferred - Technical knowledge on Cisco hardware and software - Experience in contract Change Management process - Experience in managing Partner delivery and commercials when 3rd party technical delivery resources are engaged - Hands-on experience in Microsoft Project, Jira/Rally,
