As a Financial Analyst Lead in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the current and future years" financial analysis, re-forecasting activities, resource allocation, and budget monitoring. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the analysis of annual operating plan (AOP) and business as usual (BAU) financial activities - Tracking project deliverables and milestones - Managing relationships with key business and IT stakeholders - Monitoring project milestones, risks, and issues on JIRA/Confluence - Serving as a subject matter expert on planning tools like GPDM, Pioneer, Clarity, etc. - Providing guidance and system support to the management team - Leading project and program level reporting, data reconciliation, and fixes following central processes - Managing and resolving adhoc queries from the central team, IT VS lead, and stakeholders - Ensuring operational excellence in timesheet completeness/accuracy, mandatory training, Poddy data, SPs, etc. - Ensuring consistent adoption and adherence to HSBC Tools, Standards, and Processes through monitoring, guidance, direction, training, and support To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong communication skills - Relevant Project Management Officer (PMO) experience on complex projects across countries or regions - Organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to work - Understanding of the project lifecycle - Familiarity with Business Transformation Frameworks and best practice techniques - Knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity, JIRA, Confluence Join our team and contribute to the success of our financial analysis and project management initiatives.,
