What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee the program of projects that the Country Head and his/her team have determined, making sure that plans are regularly reviewed, optimized, etc. and that all risks are flagged, discussed and corrective actions taken.
• Take on the role of project manager wherein the role requires coordination and influence with other project leaders and the teams assigned to the work.
• Provide weekly reports of the program's status, flagging areas of risk and helping to identify reasons to celebrate along the way.
• Be responsible for determining and checking the OKRs that apply to the projects and to the Country Head's team itself.
• Updating OKRs weekly in line with normal business best practices.

What We Are Looking For

• Have min 3-5 years experience in program management, and preferably be from telco background with multi functional exposure to marketing, tech and customer service.
• Ideally overseen programs across all areas of a business, commercial and technical.
• A problem solver who is willing to apply themselves wherever this is needed.
• Ability to focus in on the most important risks and issues. Concise reporting and escalation.
