Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PMO processes and policies based on industry best practices.
• Establish project management methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
• Conduct project reviews and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and databases.
• Prepare and present regular reports and metrics to senior management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management community.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and act as a point of contact for PMO queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience in project management or PMO roles.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• PMI or Prince2 certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
