Should be a hands-on PMO be able to switch context across different asks coming from a diverse set of stakeholders – Finance, Forums – CR, Design, front door review, other governance forums etc. Should be able to pull together views of RAID logs, material for presentations to senior stakeholder forums – sponsor packs, steerco, status reporting etc. Should be able to work collaboratively with a diverse set of PMs / BAs and should be adept at handling senior stakeholders. Should be able to work with the PMO Leads seamlessly and should be willing to stretch to take on additional responsibilities at short notice.
