Role Overview: sa.global is seeking a motivated, driven, and skilled PMO (Contract) to join their dynamic consulting team in India. As part of the team, you will be responsible for various project management office (PMO) activities and resource management tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Overview, management, alerts, corrections, and clearances of timesheets - Setting up customers and projects in systems, maintaining them for updates - Forecasting revenue at the organizational level from various source customers/projects - Reporting project actual and forecast spend to support Project Managers (PM) in financial control and forecasting - Generating and maintaining reports for the organization, including monthly operational reports, management reviews, Centre of Excellence team reports, and project reports analysis - Resource management activities, including forecasting, demands, and allocations - Hands-on experience in handling resource management end-to-end, from creating demands to fulfillment and allocations - Utilizing tools for resource utilization, realization, allocations, and demand management - Setting up meeting invites with various stakeholders and driving discussions - PMO activities for selected projects, such as timesheet management, reporting, invoice reviews, and onboarding/offboarding resources Qualifications Required: - Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, and Power BI (Basic/Intermediate) - Knowledge of or willingness to learn Dynamics 365FO PMA and financial modules - Quick learner on various tools used within the organization - Qualified accountant or qualified by experience in project accounting - Experience in developing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, preparing and reviewing analysis - Strong analytical skills, time management, ability to work to strict deadlines - Self-motivated and proactive with solid organizational skills - Commitment to client satisfaction, excellent coordination, and interpersonal skills - Understanding of project lifecycle, resource management, and financial controls - Analytical mindset with attention to detail If you believe you possess the desired skills and experience for this role and are looking for a promising opportunity, we encourage you to apply. sa.global values diversity and inclusivity in the workplace, providing a supportive environment for personal and professional growth.
