PMO

As a PMO Business Support, your role involves conceptualizing, designing, developing, and executing Business Transformation & Continual Improvement Initiatives within the organization. You will be responsible for institutionalizing systems and processes, enabling systemized MIS, and conducting critical reviews on behalf of the CEOs Office. Additionally, your tasks will include data analysis and reporting, institutionalizing change initiatives, supporting talent acquisition and team building efforts, and ensuring clear communication across departments. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, design, and execute Business Transformation & Continual Improvement Initiatives - Institutionalize systems and processes, enable systemized MIS, and conduct critical reviews - Analyze data, report findings, institutionalize change initiatives, and support talent acquisition - Facilitate team building efforts, execute learning and development initiatives, and lead change management - Act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication Qualification Required: - A Bachelors degree, MBA will be a plus - Minimum 10 years of experience in a program management role - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, excellent communication, and presentation skills - Ability to work collaboratively, virtually, and independently with good business awareness and analytical skills - Adaptable to constant change and a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team Company Details: FBs Equal Employment Opportunity Commitment Please note that the company has an Equal Employment Opportunity Commitment.,
