Job Summary:

The PMO Senior Executive is responsible for overseeing and driving the day-to-day project management activities to ensure seamless delivery and project success across our business lines. This role will work closely with the delivery teams and customers to manage projects effectively, maintain optimal cost management and margins, drive the renewal of current projects, and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT). The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight & Execution:

• Lead, monitor, and manage project activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting scope and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and customers to develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

Performance Measurement & Reporting:

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with cost management, margins, project renewals, and CSAT scores.
• Provide regular status reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting project progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

Risk & Issue Management:

• Identify potential project risks and issues early, and work proactively with stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate risk management meetings and ensure that all issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project progress and updates.
• Organize and lead regular project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Best Practices:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve project management processes, methodologies, and tools tailored to the Assessment & Solutions line of business.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and internal standards for project management.

Financial Management:

• Monitor project budgets closely, ensuring effective cost management and the achievement of margin targets.
• Support project renewals by providing accurate project forecasting and performance analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in project management or PMO functions, ideally in a technology or consulting environment.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects within a dynamic, multi-business environment.

Certifications:

• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
