Job Description-
Experience: Relevant work experience is preferred for PMO roles. Candidates with prior experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement, or other related roles are preferred.
  1. With very good communication and comprehension skills.
  2. Good proficiency with Microsoft Tools.
  3. Project Planning: who can help in project estimation, planning, defining goals and objectives
  4. Risk Management: who can Identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects stay on track
  5. Stakeholder Communication: who acts as a single point of contact for all stakeholders, including management, project managers, and team members
  6. Project Delivery: who ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget
  7. Who can do time tracking & booking as per available cost
  8. Seating Plan as per the working window / shifts
  9. IT service desk tracking of issue to closure
  10. DI Support: FMEA, RACM, JET etc
  11. Capturing MOM from governance call and track actions to closure.
Total Experience Expected: 03-05 years
