Job Description

We are seeking an experienced candidate to lead the PMO function, focused on Revenue Assurance initiatives. The role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can manage multiple projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure revenue protection and cost management.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining Revenue Actuals and Pipeline. Work closely with delivery teams to identify any potential risks to revenue and report them on timely basis
Coordinate with teams to ensure timely invoicing and revenue recognition
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to revenue leakage
Work closely with business on resource allocations, cost forecasts and correct reporting of numbers
Track cost across projects and provide trend analysis
Share monthly forecasts with Finance team
Conduct margin assessment and variance analysis
Drive cross-functional coordination and communication to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues
Standardise and streamline processes to ensure efficiency
Prepare and present monthly performance updates in forums

Qualification & Skills

8+ years of experience in PMO (Project Management Office) role, or FP&A
Bachelor's/masters degree in finance; CA; MBA/PGDM (Finance)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Good knowledge of financial concepts, financial statements & ratio analysis
Ability to foster collaborative, team working approach and take ownership of assigned tasks
Strong attention to detail
