Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Project Coordination: Coordinate firefighting system projects, including planning, execution, and closure.

2. Client Communication: Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.

3. Project Timeline: Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely completion.

4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

5. Quality Control: Ensure project meets quality standards and client requirements.

6. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project issues promptly.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Fire Engineering or related field.

2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in firefighting system project coordination.

3. Strong knowledge of firefighting systems and relevant standards (NBC, TAC).

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficient in project management tools and software.
