Job Description

As a Project Management Office Consultant at AES Guidewire Team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the Application Evolution Services team, helping organizations optimize their enterprise applications to drive transformation and innovation for increased business performance. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading requirement gathering sessions - Conducting analysis and developing functional specifications - Performing business walk-throughs - Creating/updating user stories - Developing process flows Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4-10 years of experience - Minimum Degree Required Preferred Knowledge/Skills: - Demonstrated expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and ContactManager - Ability to work effectively both as an individual contributor and as a team member - Proficiency in MS tools like PowerPoint and Excel - Excellent communication skills As an Associate, you will work on Guidewire Practice engagements, providing PMO support by: - Generating Status Reports - Calculating and reporting SLA/KPI - Facilitating staffing/recruitment - Providing financial support for engagements Additional details of the company: - Encourages open communication and diverse opinions - Focuses on operational and delivery excellence - Promotes collaboration between people and technology - Upholds ethical standards and compliance procedures Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint - Experience with tools for operational excellence such as ServiceNow, Visio, and MPP - Strong stakeholder management skills - Willingness to work Second Shift (2 pm IST to 11 pm IST) to support US based clients,
