PMO Consultant

You will be responsible for handling the PMO role with a strong numerical aptitude. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing vendor invoicing and internal revenue project invoicing processes. - Analyzing various reports such as profitability report, MIS reports, and risk analysis. - Focusing on Revenue, Margin, Cost Control, Fulfilment, and Pyramid Optimization Projections. - Owning end-to-end management of all governance mechanisms to enable Delivery Managers and Team to achieve overall goals. - Improving Margins and Operational Excellence parameters. - Preparing, sharing, and monitoring top-line and bottom-line levers. - Tracking, maintaining, and analyzing data related to Accounts from all aspects (Revenue, Resourcing, Targets, etc.). - Working closely with Delivery teams to ensure no revenue leakages and complete on-time monthly revenue closures. - Creating Delivery Review Decks with analysis on a Monthly, Half Yearly, and Yearly basis. - Providing operational support in various initiatives like onboarding resources. - Acting as an Account SPOC for various support departments in the organization (HR, Finance, Resourcing, Sales, Pre-Sales). - Managing Account Onboarding of new joiners/offboarding and Opportunity projects.
