Only Female Candidates Preferred Position: PMO Analyst Location: Remote (India) Department: Customer Support Operations Reports To: Manager Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable data analyst and PMO role to manage and maintain our reports, invoicing and other data. The role involves collaborating closely with the support operations and doctors team to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reports. This is a full-time remote position, suited to someone with a strong knowledge of data analyst and PMO role exceptional attention to detail. Key Responsibilities 1. Flagging and communicating operational requirements o Doctor rostering & shortage, leave calendar, Sourcing availability and problem solving gaps. o Doctor performance metrics (call duration averages, internal facing patient feedback. o Generating reports using provided data to assess and track trends. o Generating individualised weekly Doctor reports using data from doctor Issues sheet & doctor complaints register & patient feedback. 2. Fortnightly Dr Invoicing (start to Finish): o Manually convert data into invoicing spreadsheet for each individual service type with accurate payment and Emailing all Doctors + accounts individual invoices o Generating individual invoices & manually checking accuracy. o Generating invoice summary for accounts team & manually finding and adding correct invoice number for each doctor. 3. Team Collaboration: o Actively work with the operations team for rostering doctor, managing invoicing and help the team for other relevant work. o Contact the tech team for troubleshoot and resolve issues related which is related doctors queries. 4. Data Quality Assurance: o Maintain ambitious standards of data accuracy and follow the process compliance. o Regularly monitor and update doctor rosters and invoicing, upload documents. Requirements Educational Qualification: Any Graduation o Excellent communication skills, and good knowledge on power BI o Proficiency in data management and reporting tools o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail o Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in health or related roles (experience in PMO or data analyst is an advantage) o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills o Proficient with Excel and Power BI - this is a MUST! Technology Skills o Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software.
