The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior project execution, vendor coordination, and quality control, with a proven ability to lead teams and ensure timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities Supervise the execution of interior fit-out works at project sites including civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing works. Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with design teams, contractors & vendors to ensure seamless execution on-site. Manage site schedules, track daily progress, and provide regular updates to the project manager or senior leadership. Monitor material deliveries, usage, and inventory to avoid delays or wastage. Ensure safety compliance, cleanliness, and discipline at the site. Perform quality checks and resolve any technical or execution issues as they arise. Maintain site documentation such as daily reports, attendance, and inspection logs. Candidate Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 4–5 years of relevant site supervision experience in commercial interior fit-out projects (offices.). Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, construction methods, and building codes. Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings accurately. Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
