- Develop concept, space planning, and detailed designs for PHE services.
- Coordinate structural and architectural drawings with other services drawings to integrate with PHE drawings prior to issuance.
- Interact with clients, contractors, and vendors to discuss technical reports, input requirements, and issues.
- Prepare budgets, schedules, and project status reports, including technical bid analysis reports.
- Review vendor documents and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Demonstrate reliable, responsive, and positive work ethic with the highest degree of integrity.
Job Requirements
- Graduate Mechanical Engineer with experience in design development and detailing.
- Sound understanding of all types of HVAC systems and experience in large-scale hospitality industry projects.
- Knowledge of plumbing and firefighting services is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of interfaces of MEP services and experience working with energy modeling software like Trace 3D/Equest/IES.
- Ability to lead a team of 5-7 members and manage competing demands effectively.
- Good communication and presentation skills, along with excellent report writing abilities.
- Experience in customer handling, discussing technical reports, input requirements, and challenges with customers proactively.
- Requires interaction with own and other disciplines to complete design tasks.
- Must be able to work on software like HAP, Duct sizing, HVAC equipment selections (Chillers, AHUs, FANs, FCUS), etc.
- Having experience in working in Revit (MEP) software will be an advantage.
- Consideration and incorporation of safety in design for projects.
- Demonstrates a reliable, responsive, and positive work ethic with the highest degree of integrity.
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion and set priorities while managing competing demands.
- Punctuality and ability to adhere to deadlines.
- Possesses a strong work ethic.
- Experience in Hospitality, Data Centers, Metro, Aviation, Healthcare, and Rail Sector is advantageous.
