Position Field Engineer - Jr. Electrical Engineer Experience- 0-3Years Education- Diploma/BE Electrical Reporting to - Project Manager Location- Mumbai, Hyderabad & Pan India Position Description You will be responsible for testing and commissioning / auditing electrical installations of various facilities along with other members of the Operations team at various sites across India. Responsibilities (Any among the below) Conduct testing and commissioning on various electrical infrastructure right from the HV Substation to the load end. Conduct the safety audits on electrical infrastructure at various customer locations pan India Qualifications & Experience Diploma/Engineering/Masters Graduate in Electrical Have sound understanding of electrical standards (IS/IEC/IEEE), various CEA regulations, grid codes. Have experience in testing & commissioning of mission critical electrical infrastructure / auditing / maintaining electrical infrastructure of various types of facilities / plants Behavioural Skills Writing Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Critical Thinking Using logic and reasoning to understand content and work towards structuring it. Ability to structure content logically and clearly. Coordination — Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions in order to achieve the goal. Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Active Learning — Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making. Most importantly, persons who are interested in working in a startup kind of environment, and with a hunger for innovation and passion for creating something pathbreaking are needed. This position needs to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results as expected under less iterations. Performance standards/Accountability Ensuring customer satisfaction through high quality site execution, audits and reports. Continuous upgradation of knowledge of latest standards / regulations Innovative solutions to troubleshoot site issues/reduce cost and time.
