Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Managing day-to-day operations of the facility including technical and soft services.
Operation & maintenance of HVAC, Electrical Systems, Mechanical Systems, Plumbing, DG Sets, Fire Fighting System, STP/WTP, Boilers, etc.
Managing preventive & breakdown maintenance schedules.
Vendor management, AMC management & material inventory control.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations.
Team handling of technicians, supervisors & housekeeping staff.
Coordination with Mall Management & Clients for smooth operations.
Monitoring energy consumption, AHU/Chiller operations & electrical loads.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of
HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing systems
Understanding of mall/large commercial building operations
Knowledge of
Transformers, VFD, Star-Delta, Panels, Circuit Breakers
Experience with BMS system & firefighting controls preferred
Good communication & leadership skills
