Job Description

Repairs & Installation: Fix broken items, install new equipment, furniture, and appliances, handle general carpentry, painting, and plumbing tasks.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on building systems (HVAC, fire safety) and machinery to prevent breakdowns.
Safety & Security: Check safety systems (smoke detectors, extinguishers) and building security (locks, doors).
Documentation: Maintain logs, write reports, and track work orders.
Inventory: Manage supplies, tools, and order replacements.
Ground seeping: Perform landscaping, cleaning, and general upkeep of the property
Minimum one year Experience and welding .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
