Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Engineer to join our team in the PHE department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and leadership, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
Develop and implement effective engineering solutions to complex problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in PHE.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
