Job details Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India Job Category: Information Systems Job Number: WD30237225 Job Description Job Title: PLM Solution Developer Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: 5 to 8 years What you will do: As a PLM Solution Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing PLM solutions to support product lifecycle management processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and deliver robust software solutions aligned with business objectives. Your role will include developing and customizing PLM applications, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing processes within the product lifecycle. How you will do it: Design and develop PLM solutions using Windchill and related technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop, test, and implement enhancements and customizations to PLM applications. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across product lifecycle processes. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with business requirements. Provide support and training to end-users on PLM systems and processes. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to PLM applications. What we look for: Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5 to 8 years of experience in PLM solution development, specifically with Windchill. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management processes and best practices. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or similar. Experience with database management and SQL. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP). Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies. Project management experience. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
