Job Title PLM Solution Developer Location Pune, Maharashtra, India Experience 5-7 Years As a PLM Solution Developer at JCI, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. This role requires a strong understanding of PLM processes, software development skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to deliver effective solutions. How you will do it Design, develop, and deploy PLM solutions to support product lifecycle processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that the solutions meet business needs. Utilize programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python to build robust applications within the PLM environment. Implement data integration strategies to connect PLM systems with other enterprise applications. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed PLM solutions, addressing any issues that arise. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of PLM processes and tools. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to PLM. What we look for Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 to 7 years of experience in software development, particularly in PLM environments. Strong proficiency in PLM tools such as PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, or similar. Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Familiarity with database management systems and data integration techniques. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
