What You Will Do As a Packaging Ops Analyst at JCI, you will be an essential part of our packaging operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze packaging processes and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing insights and recommendations to enhance packaging strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze packaging operations data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with packaging engineers and production teams to optimize packaging processes and workflows. Assist in the development and implementation of packaging specifications and standards to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Support the execution of packaging trials and projects, documenting findings and presenting recommendations to management. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives related to packaging quality and efficiency. Prepare reports and presentations on packaging performance metrics, highlighting key insights and action items for stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in packaging operations to provide innovative solutions. What We Look For Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in packaging operations, manufacturing, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and compliance. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with packaging materials, processes, and technologies. Experience with project management and continuous improvement methodologies.
