Position

  PLC & Automation Engineer

• CTC:

  Up to 8.5 LPA

Job Responsibilities

• PLC programming using

  Siemens & Allen Bradley

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot

  Ladder Logic, Structured Text, FBD

• Program and commission

  Servo Drives & VFDs

• Handle

  installation, testing, and commissioning

  at customer sites
• Perform

  troubleshooting and customer support

• Integrate

  PLC, HMI, drives, sensors, and field devices

• Design control systems,

  I/O mapping, control architecture

• Prepare

  technical documentation

  and commissioning reports

Required Skills

• 4+ years hands-on

  PLC programming

• Strong experience with

  Siemens & Allen Bradley

• Minimum 2 years in

  Servo & VFD drives

• Unified HMI programming

• HMI migration project experience
• Java / VB scripting in HMI (Unified)
• Knowledge of

  Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP

• Experience with

  E-Plan, panel wiring, circuit diagrams

• Understanding of

  switchgear, panel layout, BOM

Qualification

• BE / BTech / ME / MTech

• Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
• From a reputed institute

Preferred Skills

• Process / industrial automation exposure
• Foundry or manufacturing environment experience
• Project coordination exposure
