Solenis is a global producer of specialty chemicals dedicated to providing advanced solutions for water treatment and process improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and monitor policies and procedures across all operational areas to maintain efficiency and compliance. - Create a clean, safe, and compliant working environment that supports all manufacturing activities. - Implement and maintain management systems covering Quality, EHS, Security, Occupational Health, and Contractor Management. - Safeguard the health and safety of all employees, contractors, and visitors, ensuring continuous statutory compliance. - Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Conduct safety meetings, ensure EHS compliance, and provide Responsible Care (RC) training as required. - Coordinate with Corporate EHSS experts and act as the Site Main Controller during emergencies. - Drive initiatives for quality improvement, cost optimization, and safety/environmental enhancements. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular communication, meetings, and coaching. - Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure production plans are met and maintain smooth coordination among various departments. - Provide training to deputies, ensure smooth system implementation, and prepare and distribute reports to the leadership team. - Optimize plant capacity utilization, establish and maintain Quality and Environmental Management Systems, and monitor financial targets. - Work closely with the Finance team to control production costing activities and manage budgets effectively. - Arrange training programs for team members, maintain OpEx/CapEx within approved budgets, and promote open communication across the site. - Address employee grievances, manage union negotiations, and encourage innovation and idea generation. - Support employees through challenging situations, promote resilience, and implement effective Management of Change processes. - Uphold best-in-class manufacturing standards in all operational areas to ensure optimal plant performance.
