Job Title: Plant Manager

Location: Baruipur, West Bengal (20km from Kolkata)
Note: Stay and fooding provided inside the factory.
The Job: What You'll Do
We are looking for a responsible leader to manage our entire operations of concrete pole factory in Baruipur. You will be in charge of everything that happens on-site, making sure we produce high-quality concrete poles for WBSEDCL and its projects.
Your Main Responsibilities (The Day-to-Day)
Your job is to be the boss of the factory floor. You will:
Manage All Daily Work: Oversee the plant's operations from start to finish.
Run Production: Make sure we are producing poles efficiently and on time, meeting all quality standards.
Handle Purchasing: Coordinate inward raw materials (like cement) and make sure we always have enough stock.
Lead the Team: Manage, guide, and supervise all factory workers.
Fix & Maintain: Plan and look after the maintenance of all machinery and equipment.
Handle Shipping: Coordinate final checks and dispatch the finished concrete poles to the WBSEDCL project sites.
Represent the Company: Act as our main point of contact for WBSEDCL inspectors and officials at the factory.
Keep Records: Supervise daily factory bookkeeping, production data, and inventory records.
What You Must Have (Required Experience)
You must have solid experience running a manufacturing site:
3+ Years of Continuous Experience: You must have worked for 3 or more years full-time, stationed inside one factory at a mid-size manufacturing unit. This is a must-have.
5+ Years Total Experience: A minimum of 5 years of overall experience in any manufacturing setting.
Strong Leadership: Must be able to effectively lead and manage factory staffs.
Nice to Have (Added Advantage)
Construction/Civil Knowledge: Any knowledge or background in civil work or concrete is a big plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
